Another new show for the calendar. Until recently, my gig calendar was looking quite sparse from July onwards but that’s starting to change now.
Firstly, due to the recent announcement of Zoe Graham’s two headline shows in Edinburgh and Glasgow (I have Glasgow booked and will book Edinburgh when finances allow).
Secondly, the news via his Facebook page that Hamish Hawk will be performing a headline show with Billy Nomates for the Fringe by the Sea festival in North Berwick on Friday 8 August. With tickets at an incredibly reasonable £30 – and having to miss out on the Solas Festival headline show as it clashes with seeing Craig Ferguson – I could NOT pass up the opportunity to see this!
So far my efforts to catch Billy Nomates have failed. I had a ticket for one of her shows a couple of years back but then couldn’t make the gig on the night. Last time she played Glasgow I missed getting a ticket as the gig sold out before I could grab one. So, this time, it just had to be done! Both her and Hamish on the same bill will be fooking AWESOME! I cannot wait!!
