The latest edition of Uncut magazine has a one page review of four Eno albums that have had the half-speed mastering treatment. I have already got myself into Roxy Music in a big way this year…and I have been aware of Eno’s music for a very, very long time. I have listened to a full album here and there, but never have really immersed myself in the experience.
I think the rating “Ambient 1: Music For Airports” achieved is nothing I have ever seen before! Full marks! 10 out of 10! Wow.
