OMG! That version of New Gold Dream at Barrowlands on 5/1/1985 with Bono as guest vocals (if you can call it that), makes me want to throw things at my CD player!! It’s a shout-fest and sssooo fucking awful. I’m sorry. I really don’t know how ANYONE can like it. If I’d had been at the gig, I’d have stuck my fingers in my ears…or walked out!
