Let It Go – The Jim Kerr Canvas Giveaway!

I painted this in February and have had it mounted (Ooh er Matron!) on my bedroom wall ever since. But…I shouldn’t keep hold of it. I did try selling it…but, well…who wants to buy my tat, eh?

But, everyone loves getting something for free, even if they think it’s shit. But, I want this to go to a loving and appreciative home! I don’t want it to go somewhere where it’ll just been seen as another piece of tat (even though it probably *is*…just tat).

So…in giving this canvas away…I want your stories of Jim. Encounters with him…meeting him, interactions…perhaps stories of points in which an act of kindness from the man helped you through hard times, etc. Just…a good, happy memory you have of Sir Kerr. I would love to hear them.

I usually (when giving away digital lyric/shrine art prints) give stuff away totally at random…but for this…other factors will be taken into consideration…and of those elements, a winner will then be randomly chosen.

I never am sure how long to let a giveaway run. A usually settle on a week…but this is something (I feel!) is extra special…so perhaps I’ll let it run until October 30th, and announce a winner on my birthday. Sounds like a plan!

So…GET CRACKING! Stories of Jim…meetings, chance encounters, feel good messages, positive interactions…anything of that ilk. No matter when and where it’s been. Enter by 11.59pm GMT, Monday, October 30th, 2017.
