On Thursday night I ended up in a Twitter conversation with Bruce Findlay, prompted by my sharing of this clipping from the NME from May 13th, 1989, from the “letters” section. I said in the initial tweet: Received a bunch of old editions of the NME today. Spied this in the back of one.
