The Anchoress Interview with Adam Walton on BBC Radio Wales

Posted on November 4, 2023November 4, 2023 By Priptona No Comments on The Anchoress Interview with Adam Walton on BBC Radio Wales

Aired at the beginning of October just prior to the release of her new album, Versions, Catherine spoke to Adam Walton of BBC Radio Wales about the recording of the album and the tour of The Art of Losing in the Spring and Autumn of 2023.

Also discussed are the trials and tribulations of being a producer and audio engineer and how she used these skills within putting together Versions to showcase said skills beyond producing her own songwriting and music. Along with this there is talk about how Catherine’s songwriting is heavily influenced by the literary world and how music and songwriting has helped her make sense of the world as a neurodivergent person.

It really is quite a fantastic interview. You can listen to it below.
