This morning Sir is in praise of Vince Barker’s stellar work with Simple Minds. I must admit to being a little bewildered to see his pictures of them come through after the first few Acoustic shows, as I assumed with him being (what I thought was primarily) Andy’s keyboard tech, we wouldn’t see him…and consequently his stunning photos. But, thankfully, he is there being able to capture SM gigs from his unique perspective. And praise is certainly due!
(I just hope if I ever get caught near the front of the stage by him, I look like I’m enjoying myself, instead of being caught in a split second of looking like a misery guts. Lol)
