Time for song ten from my Dream Setlist. It actually took me a few months into my fandom to touch New Gold Dream – I fell in love with the earlier albums SO much, especially Empires And Dance and Sons And Fascination/Sister Feelings Call, that I was worried that NGD would be a kind of death knell. But of course it wasn’t and soon after I wondered why I was ever so scared to go near it. It *is* gold!
Anyway…song ten is Hunter And The Hunter – what a stunning lyricist Jim Kerr is. This song is pure musical and verbal magic.
