Wolfgang Flür – The Lexington, Nov. 10th, 2017
The Lexington is becoming a new favourite venue. Wonderfully intimate, good acoustics. My now two shows seen there, one of them was definitely a highlight of the year. But onto last night’s show of Mr Flür and his supports. First up was Nik Dagger and The Grip. Nik says he’s from Europa, one of the…

Weekend WhirliGIG Wish – The Lyceum, London, Oct 26th, 1980
A Sunday evening gig. OH MY FLIPPING GOD – THEY WALK ON TO KANT KINO!!! Could have better sound quality…a better quality recording exists, by all accounts. Drury Lane Extras – Gig Seven
Extra selection of photos from the Simple Minds Acoustic Drury Lane gig (sightseeing and otherwise). A late lunch/early tea at the Museum Tavern…directly across the road from the British Museum (hence the name!). I had the camenbert and beetroot open pie – which was rather delicious – and very filling! Reccie in progress… More… Does…
Simple Minds – Acoustic: Stand By Love – London Palladium
Recorded on me iPhone, like. My idea of getting one song from each gig didn’t quite work out, but here’s one previously not shared.
