I haven’t shared very much about the tour here in all honesty. Unlike with previous tours where I felt very much a part of things most of the time, with the Acoustic Tour and then – with a sticky moment in between – the Walk Between Worlds tour, I was in “the heart of the…

I started talking about my plans to enrol in the OU and going through the application process, etc, here – my “Simple Minds” blog…as if would be of interest to anyone. I’ve also been talking about the study I’ve been doing through the weeks and the disappointment I felt with my first assignment result. As…
Re: Post title – Worst Spoonerised Pun, Ever! Lol I was still feeling somewhat knackered from Abedeen and Glasgow but was excited for the next two. It was a moderately early start for the trip to Leeds. I set out at 9.30am to make it to Queen Street for the express train to Edinburgh at…

Slowly slowly, catchy monkey! I feel like that woman that I met at Liverpool on the Acoustic Tour – her saying to me every few minutes for two hours, “I feel sick, I feel sick.” I do feel sick…with anticipation and dread. The mere idea that this man is just not looking forward to seeing…

Graeme will be in conversation with John Dingwall about Themes For Great Cities at the Mitchell Library on Thursday, May 19th, starting at 8pm. Tickets for the event are available through…
