Took my guests to St Albans today. Among the places shown were Empire Records (my first meeting with Catherine taking place there in October, 2016) and to a vintage clothes shop. Some goodies to be had in both. Found recent back issues of Mojo magazine at the record shop…complete with complimentary CDs on the covers…
Great to see Ronnie Gurr’s Hanging Around photo books getting a write up in the current issue of Mojo magazine. Great for Virginia too! Jonesy was “leery”? Surprised he wasn’t full-on lecherous! Lol. He seems to think he’s “had” every woman he’s ever come across (BAD WORDING!) when he talks these days. Lol Of course…
Yet another wholly good review for WBW. The wording is favourable (apart from the caning that Acoustic gets…OUCH! HARSH!) …but…a bit disappointed that it then converts to only 3 stars rather than 4…but, it’s good!
