I became a Bowie fan in 1986. From that point there had only been 3 new albums released by him (one being the soundtrack to Buddha Of Suburbia) until “1. Outside” saw the light of day. I didn’t like Never Let Me Down much. Black Tie White Noise was better but on reflection, still lacked…
