And then….like the crashing elevator within the chorus, in comes Jim with such stilted and stark lyrics…getting straight to the point of it! It’s bleak. It’s dystopia! Industrial. Gritty. In a pea-soup fog. It’s a Lowry painting. It’s Fritz Lang’s Metropolis….

Super INSANELY ambitious – but I would LOVE to try and paint this. I love this picture. I don’t know exactly why. There’s just…an intimacy and I like the composition of it. I might regret it…but I will give it a go. Take my time. And if(!) it turns shit…I’ll paint over it. I mean…
