This is the screen lock picture for my iPod Touch. It is very rarely shared “out there” amongst the fanbase…I can’t even remember how I came across it, or who the photographer is, but I know it is a long time fave and, well…(there might be a few shared pics today)
I am being nostalgic for things I wasn’t even around for! Lol. But…this is still one of my favouritest things, ever, because of that big, beautiful, cheesy smile. Maybe *this* was Virginia Turbett’s best work? Oh, she took some doozies of him :-))) Wonder what happened to her?
And that includes posts he’s done when he has shared and used my art as the centrepiece picture. This is just…too awesome! I don’t care if it repulses you…today I am saying it loud and proud… Jim Kerr – I love you! ??

Is the most delicious creature ever to have existed in all of the span of humanity – and I don’t believe that to be hyperbole…(well…maybe it is, a little) And…I know I’ve done art for Hunter And The Hunted before, but…he is performing it here…and about to sing these lines…hence all this ‘looking directly down…

A fabulous synth intro from Mick, then a fabulous classic rock riff from Charlie. And then….like the crashing elevator within the chorus, in comes Jim with such stilted and stark lyrics…getting straight to the point of it! It’s bleak. It’s dystopia! Industrial. Gritty. In a pea-soup fog. It’s a Lowry painting. It’s Fritz Lang’s Metropolis….
