The Simple Minds family lost one of its own today. News came to the fanbase of the passing of a Dutch fan, Yvonne.
We were Facebook friends and had briefly spoken at times. We had spoken of the chance to meet some day. I had sent her one of my art pieces a few years back.
She was always the kindest and loveliest of people.
I am deeply saddened and shocked by her passing.
